I have taken several classes with Ms. Clements as the instructor with Alvin Community College's paralegal program. She is by far one of the finest educators I have ever encountered. I highly recommend her and her classes. If I ever have need for an attorney, she will be my first call. Anyone who has the opportunity to would do well to take her classes. I know of few people who is as passionate and committed to her students and her clients.

Don't Trust Or Use Attorney Robyn Clement!

In Jan. of 2012 I hired Robyn Clement for my child custody case. She said no problem we will get your x served and all i need today is $600 down. Robyn never did anything including ever returning another phone call. Its now been 10 months and she wont return my calls, e-mails or office messages. She acts like she cares about your case untill she gets your money!!!!!! I want my money back!!!!! Even if i dont't ever get my money back i Will Never Stop telling my friends, famaly, and anyone who will listen to me about how Robyn Clement took the kids and my money like a theft, she might not use a gun but its still robbery just the same! Please lets stop her before she can hurt more kids like mine!!!!

Took Advantage of Good Nature and Overcharged

I had used Robyn Clement as attorney when I divorced several years ago. It took a long time to get that situation cleared up thought I was divorced for longer than I was and I found this out when I remarried. I decided to use Robyn Clement as my daughter of almost 15 wanted to come and live with me. We also had to file a restraining order. There was a verbal agreement on a price in which the price everytime i called and wanted an update Robyn wanted more money. Take it this case should have been an easy one as my x wife signed the papers without a fight after awhile. Robyn also told me she notified people at the child support division that i had custody of my daughter she never did. Now almost 2 years later I still recieve letters from child support and the last time I spoke to Robyn we wanted an additional 1500.00 for what I have no idea. When we went to her for services she didn't want to sign a contract.. (between friends she didn't feel like we needed one.) Again to this date I have no paperwork she stated my daughters mom's attorney was taking it to the judge we would never have to appear in court. Lets not forget never returning calls and staff that apparently does not know what is going on.

Robyn has misrepresented her "friendship" with my ministry (and my wife Victoria) as a way to add credibilty to her "practice". Her brother Cliff Robertson was also recently convicted of identity theft, fraud, etc and convicted to 35 years in federal prison. Greed runs rampant in her gene pool apparently.

Attorney Roberta L. (AKA Robyn) Clement, resident of Baytown, Texas (supposedly) and practicing attorney at 1620 S. Friendswood Dr., Dr106, Friendswood, Texas 77546-****, (ph.281-482-****)took my money and did nothing she promised. She talked the talk, but did not walk the walk. She has many addresses and no permanent business location. Ms. Clement has a Public Reprimand for unethical conduct from the Texas State Bar. In addition, The Bennet Law firm may want to speak with her about a malpractice suit. If Ms. Clement reads this, please give you-know-who a call to try and settle for damages you have caused me. I'm gonna stay on you like a pissed off bull dog until you make things right with me. There are many people out there that Ms. Clement has done wrong. She told me personally that she is doing work that is beneath her to get money from people she doesn't like to otherwise associate with. That made me realize that she is taking money with no intention of helping the people She is shattering the rules of ethical conduct of the Texas State Bar. Please beware of this wolf in sheep's clothing. This attorney is not good.

I have never represented a Steve Sug or know who this person is. Further, I have never represented a Pitt bull or any other breed of dog, wolf, sheep or other animal.

Your posting is malicious and meaningless.

I would suggest an animal activist group might well be a venue for your venting since you seem to have a particular affection for four legged mammals. :grin

Robyn Clement fights to win on every level

Robyn Clement was recommended to me by Greg Alexander to assist me with a custody and protective order case. My husband was stalking and threatening hurt me and take my two children. In a matter of 1 day Robyn Clement had a protective order where my husband would go to jail if he came near me or my children. Robyn Clement got the highest child support and spousal support available and I finally feel safe and secure with my children at home. I don't know what we would have done without her. Robyn Clement saved my life and helped me to give my children a better life. I don't know what I would have done without her. Thank you Robyn Clement for all your help.

We hired Robyn Clement to represent us in a custody action. Robyn Clement was highly recommended to us and now we know why. Robyn Clement was brilliant in court. She kept us highly informed every step of the way and she moved quickly on every issue. My ex-husband made false accusations all over the board about me and my current husband, and Robyn Clement shut them down on every issue. We are so pleased with her that we would recommend her to anyone. Robyn Clement kept us at ease and well informed during a very emotional time in our lives and we cannot thank her enough. My children will be so much better off now and their lives will be completely different because she stepped in and took care of the situation so completely. We are thankful for Robyn Clement and her gifts and talents in the legal field and will always appreciate everything she did for our family.

I Hired Robyn back in Jan of this year and i have neve heard back from her! She wont return my calles or answer the phone ever!

I want my $600. Back this woman is a *** atrest and should have her licens taken!

Robyn Clement took $200 and did not do her job!

We asked Robyn to write out our will. She willingly said that this was no problem. We then came to an easy agreement and gave her $200. She never wrote out our will. She ignores our phone calls. It has been one year and still no will! She will not return our money. She cashed the check that we wrote to her IMMEDIATELY and yet turned away any offer to do her job. Please stay away from her and do not give this woman any of your money. She will take it an run. It is also sad, really, as she professes her faith in God (in sweetness) and she invites you to Friendswood Community Church and yet she is content with stealing and lying as her business. I know that she has done this to other people...we are not her only victims. Please be aware that you should not do business with Robyn, but rather you should also pray that she gets back on the right path.

Good news update! Attorney Robyn Clement has refunded the money that was owed for unrendered services with the previous complaint. More importantly, Robyn has offered a sincere apology for the persons who were involved.

Robyn Clement saved 3 children from child abuse

We came to Robyn Clement highly recommended for her compassionate nature, and we weren't disappointed. She took the time to understand our case and fight to get our grand-children out of a terrible situation. After my son and daughter-in-law divorced, my daughter-in-law took our grandchildren and repeatedly left them alone with strangers and locked them in dark rooms so she could "party" with her friends. They were poorly fed and covered in flea bites when when I first saw them after several months of no contact. Robyn went straight in, petitioned the court to have her rights revoked and won. Without her compassionate heart and fierce spirit, I don't know where we would be. I read the words of "BEEBOO" and knew immediately that the words were a lie. We are thankful for Ms. Clement and all she does.
